AllSecure-how I keep all my passwords/serials safe

Since I have tons of website accounts and application serials I have to use something to store them. A piece of paper is not good idea nowadays. It might get lost or become unreadable. So I figured out  I should find an app, which would be safe and easy to use.

Last MacHeist was a great opportunity to get lots of free apps. And a place where I first read about AllSecure. It is an app which may store almost every information: website login/ application serial/ credit card numbers/documents… etc.

AllSecure encrypts the database with AES algorithm, so your data will be safe. On the program launch you have to unlock your database with password, which have to be  set on the first use by default. Be carefull not to lose it!

When you are away from your computer for a predefined time, program is automatically locked. Now no one will accidentally ( or not) open your password database.

Storing password in a text file is not a very efficient form. In AllSecure you have a nice and clear table with all you data. One entry per one key. Key’s can be categorized.

Window with a key’s details. If it is a website login/password you can click on the arrow on the right site and AllSecure will automatically fill the login form for you.

Of course you can print some or all your data, so even if something happens to your computer the database won’t be lost.

To sum up, AllSecure is a really good program. Especially for those who don’t have enough will to memorize all their passwords.
